RESERVATION INFO

Reservation is not booked until we have confirmed your order and payment is processed. Yard card rentals are for one-day, but may be extended for an additional charge.


Our service areas include: Newark, Fremont, Union City, Hayward, San Lorenzo, San Leandro, and Castro Valley. In some cases, we may travel outside of these areas if time permits for an additional charge.

Reservation Form

Delivery Information:

Installation is typically between 8-10pm on the day before your event. Pick up is typically the day of your event also from 8-10pm. If the display will be placed in a public area, we may set up on the morning of your celebration and pick up the same day. If you prefer a different installation time, please let us know.

 

Terms and Conditions

 

It is very important to us that not only you enjoy our sign, but many others can as well.

As such, the following policies have been established.

 

  • This display is a rental for one day (unless otherwise requested). Rental payment will be collected via QuickBooks. QuickBooks invoices will be sent to your email. Reservation is not complete until we have confirmed your reservation and payment has been processed.
  • Party Time Signs (Party Time Signs East Bay) and its employees are not responsible or liable for any injuries or damages, personal or property, during the rental period, during set up, or removal.
  • The customer understands that they are responsible for lost, stolen, and/or damaged letters.
  • Please do not use lawn trimmers and/or allow mowing debris to be blown on the signs- grass stains will cause damage.
  • Please do not move the signs from ground or rearrange them. This could damage the signs and the stakes.
  • Please monitor children and pets around the signs for their safety. The display will not safely support the weight of a child or an adult leaning, sitting, or playing on them.
  • Please water your lawn several hours prior to our arrival and make sure the area is free of debris.
  • In the event that we cannot setup due to inclement weather, you will receive a refund. No refunds for incorrect addresses, if we can’t access the property, or if the homeowner requests the signs to be removed for any reason. We will call you if something happens.
  • We understand unexpected things happen, so if for any reason you must cancel the order, a credit will be granted for a different date of your choosing.
  • All designs and images are subject to availability and use is at the discretion of Party Time Signs.
  • We take photos of our displays to share on our social media. We do not include identifying information nor location. If you prefer us not sharing, please notify us by email at partytimesigns@yahoo.com, or enter a comment on the reservation form.
  • By reserving and submitting payment, the customer agrees to the above terms and conditions.
